Efficiency, Results, Peace of Mind, and Fresh Air...
Let's talk about facts. Here, we want to share with your some important information and sources about our goals and the results you can expect
98% of PC problems are software related - Services like IT Greenway solve 93% of them
"Consumer Reports conducted a survey of more than 23,000 PC users, and found that manufacturers such as D... H..., and I...* solved a measly 59 percent of problems. Free support services succeeded only 53 percent of the time. By contrast independent tech support services where customers bring in their computer, like ...* and your local computer service centre solved 84 percent of problems with windows based PCs. Third parties offering online remote support and on-site support (...) solved 93 percent of users' problems. These companies also had more knowledgeable staff and quicker responsiveness than computer manufacturers". http://www.accessmylibrary.com/coms2/summary_0286-32750246_ITM?

Consumer Reports adds: "We drew those conclusions from our first survey to rate both independent and manufacturer tech support, in which the Consumer Reports National Research Center surveyed more than 23,000 users. Independent services trounced all Windows PC manufacturers, who solved a measly 59 percent of problems. Free manufacturer support was often abysmal, succeeding only 53 percent of the time. Extra-cost extended warranties had a slightly higher success rate, 62 percent, but no fewer hassles.
By contrast, independent tech support services affiliated with major retail chains, such as Best Buy's Geek Squad and Circuit City's Firedog, solved 84 percent of users' problems with Windows-based PCs. Other third parties offering in-home and phone support (and sometimes online aid) solved fully 93 percent of problems. Independents also had more knowledgeable staff and better phone responsiveness than computer makers." © 2007 Consumers Union of the United States, Inc.

We offer a full package of complementary services resulting in a synergy that will benefit you.
Online work can help save the planet... and your bottom line
"Transportation sources accounted for 29 percent of total U.S. greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2006. Transportation is the fastest-growing source of GHGs in the U.S., accounting for 47 percent of the net increase in total U.S. emissions since 1990. Transportation is also the largest end-use source of CO2, which is the most prevalent greenhouse gas. These estimates of transportation GHGs do not include emissions from additional lifecycle processes, such as the extraction and refining of fuel and the manufacture of vehicles, which are also a significant source of domestic and international GHG emissions."

Online work can help eliminate a portion of the damage our environment suffers as it works to support your bottom line. Online PC support, video meetings, demonstrations and Virtual Call Centers allow you and your employees to work from anywhere, including their homes. We offer a full range of services that can reduce travel, transportation expenses, pollution, energy consumption... and stress.??
Let's take a moment to review the following diagrams taken from "Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the U.S. Transportation Sector" by the EPA.
The difference is staggering. In the 21st century, 76% of people have to drive not only to their work, but also for their work. However, services allowing Online capabilities can dramatically reduce this percentage. Work isn't only easier; it causes less pollution.

The numbers speak for themselves. Everyday transportation is the primary source of greenhouse gas emissions. That is what we can help reduce. (It wouldn't even be necessary to use planes as much... Already feeling less jet-lagged?)

Agriculture, commercial and residential sectors' greenhouse gas emissions remained stable while industry showed a slight improvement. Unfortunately, transportation could not stop increasing its greenhouse gas emissions. Again, online work can help reduce that

When population increases by 16%, the number of miles traveled increases by more than double that percentage (and remember that 76% of people have to drive to/for their work). This is a problem. The time has come to think differently together.
